Mercedes-Benz ATIR Races 2021 – Coastal Boats Hiring Arrangements

Dear Members:

As the co- orgainsier of the Mercedes-Benz ATIR Races 2021, we are delighted to announce our latest coastal boat loan arrangements at RHKYC leading up to ATIR. We believe the latest arrangements will offer unprecedented access for our members who share enormous passion and pride in coastal rowing. We would also like to thank the RHKYC in sharing their access with HKCRA members.

Coastal Boat Access Conditions:

  1. HKCRA members who process a valid center users’ membership:
  2. HKCRA members must comply with RHKYC house rules.
  3. HKCRA members must comply with all safety measures at RHKYC. See link.
  4. HKCRA members are welcome to attend the ATIR Trainings & Joint Outings with RHKYC in the timeslots below subject to a pre-register & 1st come 1st serve basis:
Boat Type: Double or Quads:
Seats available: Double x 4 = 8 seats / Quads x 7 = 28 seats.
ATIR Training
Monday / Wednesday / Thursday: 0600 – 0730hrs
Saturday: 0700 – 0830hrs (TBC)

HKCRA x RHKYC Joint Outings:
Wednesday: 1800-2000hrs
Sunday: 1500-1600hrs (TBC)

  1. For safety, ONLY Quad boats will be allowed outside of the joint outings and pre sunset hours.
  2. For double boats access outside of joint training hours – users must source their own safety boat covers at their own cost. Otherwise, no double boat outings would be permitted at this stage.
  3. All activities are subjected to a Pre- Register (5days in advance) 1st come 1st serve basis: Link to Timetable:
  4. All members must submit their crew list and decoration forms to HKCRA before booking is confirmed.
  5. Only club’s representatives will be given access to the booking forms, individual members who wish make reservations please contacts us individually where a login link will be issued separately.
  6. Each club or individual centre user can reserve up to a maximun of 20 sessions (1 session per hour) per week.

  8. Subject to availability HKCRA reserve the rights to adjust and cancel any training sessions and the hiring terms & conditions without prior notice and the decision shall be final.
