Arrangements of Opening of Two Rowing Centres under Sever Tropical Storm Pakhar
The Hong Kong Observatory just announced to issue No. 3 typhoon signal in the afternoon, but the two Rowing Centres will remain closed today. The Centres will resume services as to normal opening hours tomorrow (28 Aug); however, water activities will be feasible only after 2:00pm when the boats and other facilities resumed by our staffs. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
