The 2019 World Rowing Coastal Championships (WRCC) Limited is pleased to invite suppliers to submit a tender for the captioned project with the Terms and Conditions and Project Brief as attached for your perusal.

If you are interested to submit the tender, you are required to return two hardcopy portfolios and one electronic version of the technical and fee proposal in sealed envelope and email (info@wrcc2019.com) respectively as follows: –

Hard copy of the tender submission must marked the project name and “Private & Confidential” to the following address on or before 8 March 2019:

Late submission will NOT be accepted.

In the event of a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or rainstorm black warning is issued on the closing date before the closing time, the tender closing time will be postponed to the same time on the first working day immediately after the signal or warning is lowered.

Tender Briefing

Tender briefing will be held on 1 March 2019 (Fri) at 11:00am at the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club. Please register by e-mail at info@wrcc2019.com with copy to hkcra@rowing.org.hk by stating your company name, contact person, contact phone number and number of attendees in order to reserve a seat. Maximum three quotas can be reserved for each company.
