In view of the severe epidemic situation, and there is a continuous increase in the number of cases reported in local districts, the Sha Tin Rowing Centre and Jockey Club Shek Mun Rowing Centre will remain suspended until further notice in order to maintain social distance to reduce the risk of a large-scale outbreak in the community. General office will be closed until further notice, only provide limited services by telephones or emails enquiries.

During the closure of rowing centres, all center users and clubs including key-holders are not allowed to enter to those centres in the said period of time for any training. Only HKSI full-time rowing athletes may continue to access the pontoon, via the steps nearest to the institute.

The Association will continue to monitor on the latest news from Government departments to take appropriate actions and measures in both Rowing Centres. We wish everyone can follow and inform your rowing friends for the above arrangement. Please stay vigilant in fight against the outbreak.
