To encourage more people to participate in indoor rowing activities, Hong Kong China Rowing Association (HKCRA) will organize an Indoor Rowing Instructor (IRI) Course. Through this course, the participants will learn the basic knowledge of indoor rowing and how to instruct and execute in an indoor rowing exercise. The participants will be qualified as Indoor Rowing Instructor of the HKCRA after passing the course and finish the practical sessions. Certificate will be awarded to the participant who passed the exam and finished all practical hours, qualified IRI will be recruited in the indoor rowing competitions/activities organized by the HK
